At YVON, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and attached.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your parcel, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once our quality team inspects the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
